What does backorder mean? Do you have a minimum order? How can I order from the EU? All these questions and more answered for you below!
Account
You can register for a wholesale account by visiting the registration page by clicking here.
Once you have registered for a wholesale account, if you are an existing customer the approval process will take up to 24 hours depending on whether your account was created during business hours.
If you are not already an existing anbo customer then you will be contacted by a rep to help with your first order!
No worries! You can reset your password by visiting here.
Shipping
If your order is placed during business hours Mon-Thu and the items ordered are in stock, your order should arrive the next working day!
For items on backorder that require ordering they may take 1-2 weeks to arrive.
There may also be collections that have a future release date, so please refer to the category description to determine the availability of any given collection.

We offer free shipping on all orders over £300 within the UK. (Excl. Highlands & Islands.)
For Highlands & Islands free shipping will be available on orders over £500.

For international shipping please feel free to contact our sales team in order to arrange international shipping.

Backorder means we don’t currently have the item in stock and will need to be ordered before we ship it to you!
Yes! Our fabrics are shown at prices exclusive of VAT and is calculated per line item at checkout.
If you want to order fabric from Shannon or Robert Kaufman but it currently isn’t listed on our website, please feel free to contact our sales team to place an order.
If you’ve ordered an item by accident or would like to add extra items, contact us asap so we can modify your order before it gets shipped!
We sell our fabrics as full bolts approx 10m, ranging from 8-12m.Â
For fabrics ordered by Robert Kaufman these bolts come in at 10-15 yards (9.1-13.7m).
For ordering online you cannot order below 10m per fabric SKU.
Yes! In the case of damaged fabric we will be able to accept and refund the damaged meterage. We would ask you to send photos of the damage to receive a credit for the appropriate meterage.
